Betsey Johnson doesn't need any introduction. It's Betsey freakin' Johnson.

MY ROLE

Two challenges the brand was facing: stagnant growth and overall low engagement. To overcome those challenges, I crafted a strategy that focused on revamping the branded content. This meant pivoting from still-life photoshoots to lifestyle content in an effort to highlight the brand’s bold, vivacious personality.  



Part of the content strategy was to search and identify trendy spaces (eg: museums, cafes, etc) in NYC that were aligned with the brand's bold, colorful aesthetic and complemented the products to shoot content at. This allowed the brand to tag the locations, joining the existing pool of content and gaining an increase in exposure, resulting in a substantial increase in overall engagement and organic growth.
